Shipping & Payment

Paypal and major credit cards accepted.

Please note: We are currently experiencing a high volume of orders and shipping may be delayed. UPS has also suspended the UPS Service Guarantee for all shipments. For orders with a delivery address within the U.S.  please allow 3-4 extra business days for order processing + delivery. (approximately 4-8 days after order is placed, could be sooner).

 

Each Tutku order is packed and shipped using the most environmentally sustainable methods. 

International Shipping

For orders with a delivery address outside of the U.S. expect 7-12 days for delivery. We ship via USPS Priority Mail. If you prefer to have your items shipped by any other carrier, please contact us using this website or by calling us: (858) 361-0422.


We suggest becoming a member of UPS My Choice® to manage delivery options, follow your delivery on a live map, know the estimated delivery date, and route packages to a UPS Access Point location for convenient pickup + more.

There are no refunds for shipping delays on any service level during the suspended UPS Service Level Guarantee.
For expedited shipping methods, please place your order by 11 am Pacific for the best chance of same business day processing. Should you have any concerns or request to rush your shipment, please write to us before you place your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Orders placed on weekends and select holidays begin processing the next business day. 
Deliveries to PO Boxes and Military Addresses (APO/FPO) are delivered by USPS. Expedited shipping methods are not available options for these addresses.
Shipping charges are determined after discounts and before taxes.

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of shipment as long as the product is in the same condition as when we sent it out. 
No Returns or Exchanges are eligible after 14 days from the date of purchase.
Once we receive your eligible return we will issue a refund on your credit card. If you are wanting to exchange for another size or design please go ahead and just order what you want from our site, to make sure we have what you are wanting in stock, and once we receive your exchange garment in the mail we will issue a refund on the credit card.

Customers are responsible for paying all shipping/handling fees associated with exchanges and returns. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 


For International Customers, if you encounter delays with your Purchase clearing customs in a timely manner, you may contact Customer Service to obtain approval for a late Return.  If your item does not fit the above criteria we will not be able to accept it and it will be returned to you.
Gift cards are non-refundable. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. 

Please contact us for any return/exchange requests. 
Please include a note with your exchange/return explaining the reason for the return. This will ensure a swift turn around time with your exchange or refund.
