Aug 7 : Day 1 : Arrival

Embark on your journey to Bodrum-Milas Airport (BJV), Turkey, from wherever you may be starting. From the moment you touch down, your adventure begins.

Upon arrival at BJV airport, you'll be warmly greeted and whisked away to Nefes Vadisi, the tranquil Valley of Breath, nestled in Ciftlikkoy. Here, amidst the embrace of nature, you'll find a sanctuary for grounding, resting, and settling into the rhythm of your surroundings.

As the sun dips below the horizon, dinner awaits, served against the backdrop of a breathtaking sunset. Allow yourself to savor the flavors of the land while soaking in the beauty of the evening sky, a perfect beginning to your journey of discovery and renewal.

As the first light of dawn illuminates the valley, we awaken to a scene of breathtaking beauty, the landscape unfolding before us like a painting brought to life. Gathering in a circle, we share tea and set our intentions for the day ahead, infusing the air with warmth and welcome. Grounding ourselves in the earth's embrace, we engage in QiTanYo somatic therapy practices and meditation, finding peace and clarity amidst the morning stillness. After nourishing our bodies with a hearty breakfast, we embark on a leisurely hike, walk, or swim through the village, immersing ourselves in the natural wonders that surround us. Returning to our sanctuary, we enjoy a homemade farm-to-table lunch, savoring each bite as a testament to the abundance of the land. With a few precious hours to spare, we retreat into the sanctuary of our journals, reflecting on our experiences and preparing our hearts for the evening's ceremony. As the sun begins its descent, we gather once more to create an altar mandala from the offerings of the garden, infusing our intentions into every petal and leaf, honoring the sacredness of this moment and the journey that brought us here.

Aug 9: Day 3 : Çiftlikköy, Bodrum

As the world awakens, we gather for a serene tea ceremony, savoring each sip as it fills us with warmth and gratitude. This is followed by a Turkish-style farm breakfast, a feast of flavors that nourish both body and soul, celebrating the abundance of the land. In the quiet sanctuary of the Shala, we find solace and renewal through QiTanYo therapy practices and meditation, allowing the healing energy to envelop us in a gentle embrace. Later, we come together for our Integration Circle, sharing our stories and experiences with open hearts and minds. A homemade farm-to-table lunch awaits, a testament to the love and care that goes into each dish. With the afternoon stretching before us, we have the freedom to explore, reflect, and rejuvenate. As the sun begins its descent, we gather once more for our second evening ceremony, united in purpose and intention beneath the painted sky.

Aug 10 : Day 4 : Datça (Datcha)

As the sun rises over Datca, we embrace the new day with QiTanYo therapy practices, welcoming the dawn with open hearts and minds. Following a nourishing breakfast, we immerse ourselves in the healing waters that surround us, finding solace and renewal in the tranquil turquoise sea. Surrounded by spectacular mountain ranges and protected forests, we revel in the freedom and serenity of this turquoise paradise, reconnecting with ourselves and the natural world. In the crystal-clear waters of Datca, where even the fish seem to dance beneath the surface, we explore the ancient ruins of Knidos, offering our reverence to this storied city of the past. Then, we gather for an unforgettable Mediterranean Meze Feast at Poyraz Restaurant, savoring the flavors of the land and sea in a culinary celebration. Finally, we retreat to the sanctuary of Kairos Valley Health & Nature Resort, where we rest and rejuvenate amidst the beauty of the surrounding landscape, ready to embrace whatever adventures tomorrow may bring.

Aug 11 : Day 5 : Datça

As we awaken to the gentle embrace of the morning, QiTanYo therapy and meditation practices lead us to a delicious breakfast, nourishing our bodies and spirits for the adventures that lie ahead. Embarking on a private boat trip over Datca's most enchanting bays, we surrender to the rhythm of the sea, surrounded by the vast expanse of deep blue and turquoise waters. Lunch served onboard becomes a feast for the senses, as we bask in the warmth of the sun and dive into the cool embrace of the ocean. As the day unfolds, we revel in the freedom to swim and explore to our heart's content. Returning to our resort, we witness the sunset's vibrant colors painting the sky, a breathtaking backdrop to an optional dinner shared amongst kindred spirits.

Aug 12 : Day 6 : Datça

Aug 13 : Day 7 : Dalyan

As we greet the new day with the gentle embrace of Qitanyo therapy and meditation, we prepare ourselves for a journey of discovery and delight. Departing from the enchanting shores of Datca, we set our sights on Dalyan, a quaint town nestled along the Mediterranean coast. Here, amidst the tranquil waters of the Dalyan Delta, lies a world of wonder waiting to be explored. From the pristine shores of Iztuzu Beach, where the Caretta Caretta turtles find sanctuary, to the ancient city of Kaunos with its majestic rock tombs and rejuvenating mud baths, Dalyan beckons with its timeless allure. Aug 14 : Day 8 : Kapadokya

As dawn breaks, we set our sights on the enchanting lands of Cappadocia, our hearts filled with anticipation for the magic that awaits. Arriving at Dalaman Airport, we take flight towards this mystical destination, where fairy chimneys and ancient caves whisper tales of a bygone era. Our journey leads us to Ortahisar Castle, perched high atop the landscape, offering panoramic views that stretch as far as the eye can see. From this vantage point, we ground ourselves with a Qitanyo therapy practice, immersing in the rich history that surrounds us. After a nourishing lunch, we delve deeper into the heart of Cappadocia, exploring caves, churches, and monasteries, each one a testament to the enduring spirit of this land. Along the way, we traverse pigeon valley, sip from bubbling mineral springs, and witness the breathtaking beauty of sunset. Aug 15 : Day 9 : Kapadokya

At 4am, we are whisked away from our hotel, our spirits soaring as we anticipate the adventure that awaits us in the sky. Optional yet irresistible, we indulge in the sweetness of a hike through Monk's Valley, where fairy chimneys stand as silent sentinels amidst the rugged landscape. Following a nourishing breakfast back at our hotel, we continue our exploration of Cappadocia's ancient wonders, wandering through the Goreme Open Air Museum and venturing deep into the Underground Tunnel city. Along the way, we savor the flavors of the region, indulging in wine tastings and culinary delights that tantalize the senses. As the day draws to a close, we find ourselves bathed in the golden light of sunset, gazing out over Pigeon Valley and the fortress of Uchisar, marveling at the beauty of a land carved from living rock. With hearts full and spirits lifted, we return to our hotel, grateful for the memories made and the adventures yet to come.

Aug 16 : Day 10 : Nemrut

Journeying towards one of Turkey's most awe-inspiring natural wonders, we prepare our hearts for a sacred experience. As we watch the sun paint the sky in hues of gold and pink, we embark on a hike to Mount Nemrut, a place where the earth meets the heavens in a breathtaking display of beauty. Here, amidst the silence of the mountains, we offer songs of gratitude and reverence, honoring the spirit of this sacred land. Returning to our hotel, we gather once more to break bread together, savoring the flavors of a delicious Turkish meal prepared with love and care. Our journey continues as we visit Arsameia, the ancient capital of the Commagene Kingdom, where magic and mystery reside among the colossal statues that watch over the land. Aug 17 : Day 11 : Göbekli Tepe

After a nourishing breakfast at our hotel, we set out on a journey of discovery to the ancient city of Sanliurfa, a place steeped in history and mystery. As the heart of the Syrian Orthodox Patriarchy, this hallowed ground has been a sanctuary for countless souls throughout history. Aug 20 : Day 14 : Mardin

With hearts open and spirits uplifted, we ease into our morning with gentle Qitanyo practices, preparing ourselves for the day ahead. Mardin, a Kurdish gem nestled on the World Heritage List, awaits us with its enchanting streets frozen in time. Here, amidst the creamy white limestone buildings hand-carved with precision, we witness the artistry of generations past. From the terraces, we gaze upon the ever-changing hues of the plain below, a testament to the rich tapestry of Anatolian history. Our journey continues as we explore the remnants of Dara, a Roman city guarding the border with Sassanian Persia, before venturing to the Yezidi Village of Magara Koy in Midyat. Aug 21 : Day 15 : Mardin 

Nestled near the banks of the Tigris River, amidst the sweeping Mesopotamian plains, Mardin stands as a timeless beacon of Syriac heritage. While the modern city center may not echo the whispers of history, the old town's cobbled streets and ancient buildings, some dating back to the 14th century, offer a glimpse into the soul of this storied land. Among the notable landmarks, Kasimiye Medresi stands tall, its two-story structure embracing an oblong courtyard that opens onto a breathtaking panorama of old Mesopotamia. Beyond the city limits, the Tur Abdin region beckons with the ancient Deyrul Zafaran monastery, a sacred sanctuary dating back to the 5th century, where relics and echoes of Aramaic resound. Aug 22 : Day 16 : Van 

As the morning sun casts its golden rays upon us, we gather after a nourishing breakfast for a moment of quiet reflection and Qitanyo meditation, preparing ourselves for the journey ahead. With hearts open to adventure, we set out to explore the majestic beauty of Mount Nemrut crater, a towering sentinel rising above Tatvan on the southwestern shores of Lake Van. Standing at a staggering 3050 meters, this ancient volcano holds within its depths the secrets of millennia, its vast calderas a testament to the earth's ever-changing landscape. Among its five shimmering lakes, we are drawn to the Cold Lake and the Hot Lake, each a marvel of nature's craftsmanship. After our enchanting visit, we journey onward to Ahlat, where the Seljuk monuments stand as silent witnesses to centuries past. Our final destination takes us to the old city of Tusba in Van, where the ancient Van castle awaits, its weathered stones whispering tales of a bygone era. Aug 23 : Day 17 : Van

Here, amidst the tranquil waters of Lake Van, we are captivated by the magnificence of the 10th-century Armenian Church of the Holy Cross, a testament to the enduring spirit of faith and heritage. With hearts enriched by this sacred pilgrimage, we continue our odyssey to the eastern city of Van, where ancient tales and modern wonders await. With each mile traveled, we journey onward to Dogubeyazit, guided by the allure of discovery and adventure. Along the way, we pause to marvel at the majestic Bendimaahi Falls, a testament to nature's enduring beauty. Arriving in Dogubeyazit, we are greeted by the awe-inspiring sight of Ishak Pasha Palace, a masterpiece of architectural fusion spanning centuries and cultures. Here, amidst the echoes of history, we gather once more to share our closing intentions, honoring the sacred journey we have undertaken together. As twilight descends upon these sacred lands, we embrace the serenity of rest, knowing that our hearts are forever touched by the beauty and wonder of our shared experience.

Aug 25 : Day 19 : Return Day 

After waking and breakfast, we will return to the Van Airport to check in and make our journey back home. Those who want to stay longer can move forward from there.
